Meet The Team

 Founder and creator of The Big Paws Little Paws Co in September 2017, Dani is passionate about dogs and driven to continually learn and improve for her dogs and their guardians. Dani takes an all-encompassing approach to working with dogs, taking into account factors such as diet, training, environment, schedule, emotions, physical wellness, and energy balance. She believes this should be a standard for all pet professionals. Dani is OfQual First Aid Qualified, Advanced First Aid Trained, Reiki Master Teacher, C&G Level 3 Qualified Dog Groomer & has undertaken Dermatology Applied to Grooming Training and attended many more additional training courses and seminars. 

 Animal lover and caretaker Gareth is in charge of the animal ambulance, pet taxi, and other pet services. With Ofqual First Aid Certification and a wealth of pet experience, Gareth strives to offer excellent care and professionalism to all our clients, no matter the situation. After the loss of our beloved Phoebe, Gareth wanted to give others the same farewell experience. This is why he established our pet funeral services and continues to collaborate with our pet crematoriums to provide the fastest and most loving service.

Spending the past year working with us as a stylist assistant, Fallon is now spreading her wings and furthering her training into the world of styling. With her Certificate Level 2 Animal Nursing Assistant, Level 3 Advanced Technical Animal Management, Canine First Aid Training and over 2000 hours in the grooming salon, Fallon is an experience pet professional with a strong passion for her work.

Kara joined us in the Autumn of 2023 to gain experience working in the grooming salon before she started college in 2024. With the goals to become a full qualified stylist Kara is well on her way developing her skills and building her confidence to become a professional groomer.
