Dani founded The Big Paws Little Paws Co. in September 2017. 

With a deep passion for dogs and a commitment to continuous learning, she strives to provide the highest standard of care for both dogs and their guardians.

Her approach is holistic and tailored, considering every aspect of a dog’s wellbeing — including diet, training, environment, routine, emotions, physical health, and energy balance. Dani believes this all-encompassing perspective should be the benchmark for every pet care professional.

She is highly experienced, qualified and dedicated to professional development, holding:

• City & Guilds Level 3 Dog Grooming qualification
   
• Specialist training in Dermatology Applied to Grooming & Canine Pain Management

Gareth is a lifelong animal lover and dedicated caretaker, leading our animal ambulance, pet taxi, and specialist pet services. 

With Ofqual First Aid Certification and extensive hands-on experience, he delivers trusted support and professionalism to every client, whatever the circumstance.

Following the loss of our beloved Phoebe, Gareth was inspired to create our pet funeral services, ensuring other families could receive the same dignified and heartfelt farewell. Today, he continues to work closely with our partner crematoriums to provide compassionate, timely, and respectful care when it is needed most.

 Fallon has spent the past three years with us as a dedicated stylist assistant and is now expanding her expertise as she continues her training in professional dog styling. 

With a Level 2 Certificate in Animal Nursing Assistance, Level 3 Advanced Technical Animal Management, Canine First Aid training, and over 3 years of hands-on salon experience, Fallon is a skilled and passionate pet professional committed to delivering the highest standard of care. 

 Kara joined us in Autumn 2023 to gain hands-on experience in the grooming salon ahead of starting college in 2024. With aspirations of becoming a fully qualified stylist, she has been developing her skills and confidence, laying strong foundations for her career in professional grooming. Now in her second year of college and progressing through her stylist training, Kara is building the knowledge and expertise needed to become a well-rounded grooming professional.
